RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We trust that you will be delighted with the items you have received. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, and wish to exchange an item purchased, we will exchange it for you within seven (7) working days provided that the items are unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered and in original packaging with all tags attached. The items must be in a saleable condition.
For hygiene reasons, masks and underwear may not be returned or exchanged.
On the return of any items, please produce a receipt/purchase slip or invoice as proof of purchase for the item to be returned.
Exchanges and Refunds
Should the item/s not meet your requirements of colour or size we will gladly process an exchange for your colour or size, alternatively we can refund you. Either option will occur once the item/s have been inspected to comply with our returns policy.
Should you wish to exchange the item/s shipping / delivery costs will be for your account.
In the unlikely event that any of your items received by you, are damaged or faulty, we will arrange a refund (shipping costs included) or replacement for you after receipt of the damaged/faulty items.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear on your credit card/bank statement, depending on your payment method used. We will notify you by email when your exchange or refund has been processed.
In order to return items please use the “Contact Us” form on the Just Breethe website. The Customer Support department will investigate the request and contact you to arrange/confirm details.
Just Breethe has a six months return policy for defective garments relating to materials or manufacturing defects.
